In rebranding our own independent business, we created an identity that resembles our original roots. We are, and always have been, successful in our community with great focus on our clients.
The logo for Sproat Realty Professionals integrates symbols of a key and skyline. The skyline resembles various types of real estate which Sproat Realty Professionals lists and sells. The key signifies that we, as SRP, are the key to any real estate transaction.
Overall, we feel that the image of Sproat Realty Professionals promotes dependability, positive feelings towards the agency, and professionalism in dealing with all types of real estate.
We contacted Spring Arbor College to assist us with our rebranding. We were immediately connected to Kerri Conrad and Sammie Gibson who were senior students in the Marketing and Design program. Kerri and Sammie worked alongside us for over a year to turn our vision into a reality.
After the design was completed we knew the next step was signage. We knew that we would contact GTWrap Co. Gary Treece and Lynsey Mills took the time to understand what we needed and helped guide us to make some changes that would benefit us visually. They worked tirelessly to get everything completed by our deadline.
